Free to use
You can use Mockupow for free. You retain all rights to the artwork you upload and the mockups you export.
No warranties
The tool is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, flawless rendering, or future availability. Use it at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don't use the tool to create, render, or distribute illegal content, infringing artwork, or malicious materials.
Welcome to Mockupow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mockupow.html and its related pages (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Mockupow provides a free, browser-based 3D mockup generator. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights in the images and artwork you upload to the Service. Because the tool runs entirely in your browser, we do not receive, host, or claim any ownership over your content. The underlying 3D models, interface design, and code remain the property of Mockupow.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create, display, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful. You are solely responsible for the artwork you upload and the mockups you export.
4. Third-Party Libraries
The Service relies on third-party resources to function, including Google Fonts and the Three.js 3D library. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these third-party providers.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the rendering engine. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mockupow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Because the tool is free and runs locally on your device, our liability is limited to the maximum extent possible.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
